Rules and Conditions of Use (please read everything carefully):

I.  Preliminary Operating Schedule – Subject to Change Without Notice: Bluewood’s operating schedule is subject to weather and snow conditions.  Our projected operating schedule for the 2008-2009 season is Friday, November 21, 2008 through Sunday, March 29, 2009.  Bluewood plans to operate Wednesdays through Sundays and holiday Mondays as well as daily during the holiday period of December 17, 2008 through January 1, 2009, except Bluewood is closed December 25, 2008.  Bluewood does not guarantee the total number of operating days or when they will occur.  Our operating schedule is subject to change without notice.

II.  Release From Liability: Bluewood requests all Season Pass Holders to sign a Voluntary Release from Liability as a condition to using Bluewood facilities and premises.  This binding contract will be provided upon issue of your season pass.  You may request a copy prior to purchase. 

III.  Rules and Conditions of Use: Guests who forget their season pass must pay full price for a day ticket.  No complimentary tickets will be issues for lost, stolen, forgotten, and/or misplaced season passes.  Replacement season passes may be obtained for a $25.00 fee. Season pass must presented to the ticket checker or lift attendant every time the pass holder boards a lift.

Season passes remain the property of Bluewood and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Any season pass being used by a person other than the designated pass holder or defaced in any manner will be confiscated and not returned to the purchaser.  In addition, users will be charged for any wrongful use.

Violation of safety/etiquette rules (“Your Responsibility Code”, rude or obnoxious behavior, jumping from chair lifts, skiing/riding closed areas, etc.) may result in revocation of season pass privileges without refund.

No refunds will be issued for season passes, for whatever reason, except for injuries verified in writing by a physician.  Refunds due to injuries will be prorated based on usage.    Bluewood does not guarantee the number of operating days each season or when those operating days will occur.  No refunds will be issued for not using or picking up season pass(es).

Any individual who, in the sole opinion of the management of Bluewood, fails to observe the safety/etiquette rules of the area or attempts to aid any person in fraudulently obtaining a lift ticket will automatically forfeit, without refund, all rights and privileges of a season pass holder at the Bluewood Ski Area.

I, the undersigned, have read and understand the 2008-2009 Season Pass Rules and Conditions of Use & Purchase.  I am signing this freely and of my own accord, realizing it is binding upon myself, my heirs and assigns, and in the event that I am signing on behalf of a minor I accept full authority to do so, realizing its binding effect on them as well as myself.  FURTHERMORE, if I am signing on behalf of a minor I accept full responsibility for all medical expenses incurred as a result of the minor’s participation in activities at Bluewood and travel to and from Bluewood.  I also agree to HOLD HARMLESS and INDEMNIFY Go Ski, Inc. d/b/a Ski Bluewood, its directors, officers, and employees for claims brought by or on behalf of the minor.
